At North West Ag Wrecking, we are committed to our core values that shape who we are and how we operate.
Who We Are…
Nestled in the heart of Narrabri Shire, North West Ag Wrecking is a proudly family-owned and operated business run by Simon and Grace Bolton.
Simon and Grace began their business journey in 2011 as S & G Bolton Mechanical, later rebranding to North West Ag & Diesel Pty Ltd as the business expanded. Specialising as a third-party repair service, they focused on repairing John Deere farming equipment and supporting the agricultural needs of the Narrabri Shire and surrounding regions.
Over the years, they have grown their team of qualified mechanics and welcomed apprentices, taking great pride in helping train the next generation of tradespeople. As the business continued to grow, an Operations Manager was appointed to help manage the daily operations of North West Ag & Diesel.
As the farming industry evolved, Simon and Grace continued to adapt. They identified a demand for replacement bonnets for 8020 and 8030 Series John Deere tractors and employed two manufacturing technicians to master the production process. These bonnets are now manufactured and supplied to order.
They are honored to take over part of the business from Danny Jennings at Murray Mallee Machinery, giving rise to North West Ag Wrecking.
North West Ag Wrecking specialises in dismantling later-model agricultural machinery from brands including John Deere, Case IH and New Holland, supplying used parts from headers, fronts, spray rigs, cotton pickers and more.
To support the continued growth of the wrecking business, a dedicated Parts Salesman and full-time Yardman joined the team.
In early July 2026, North West Ag Wrecking expanded into Victoria with the opening of its Swan Hill yard, giving the business a second location alongside Narrabri. The Swan Hill branch has strengthened North West Ag Wrecking’s ability to source machinery, supply parts and support farmers across Victoria, New South Wales and throughout Australia.
Simon and Grace are excited about the opportunities this continued growth brings, not only for their business and team, but also for the farming communities they serve.
